How can practice help us dream up a better world?

The Mind Bod Adventure Pod is a playground for deep practice and real life.

Hosted by meditation teachers and friends Tasha Schumann and Jeff Warren, it’s where curiosity, creativity, and contemplative practice meet the messy, miraculous project of being human.

Each episode is an intimate adventure—part conversation, part practice—into how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the world. Along the way, we’re joined by trailblazing teachers, innovative thinkers, and cultural leaders who are changing the way we heal, grow, and imagine what’s possible.

All of our guests have one thing in common: they’re practicing what they preach.

Think of it as mind-body literacy meets friendship, weirdness, and wonder. All in service of asking better questions, sparking new possibilities, and expanding what we believe is possible—for ourselves and for the world.

Love the mix of pausing to practice and then talking about it. Expert practitioners and specialist guests I feel lucky to have access to this.
